That's what I hate about it. I tried t use it again & there are things you can't even click on because they're blocked by other things. It's such a train wreck.

At any rate, my DA image is far different from my FA; not that I don't post my art and stuff there, but now I no longer post the vore and stuff.

I will never use DA again. That was the first art site I ever used & I was there since I was little but the level of maturity of the users has gone WAY down. I've had my art stolen from there so many times, I got constant spam from people asking for free art or art for "points", I just don't like the community or how the site is run so I stopped using it. I'm gonna start using my weasyl a lot more, I really like that site. As far as I see the only downside is the lack of activity which is a catch 22. Unless the porn ads go away 100% I need to really rethink whether or not I want to continue posting my art here. I can deal with a lot of BS but this is on a whole other level as now it's becoming a moral thing. I don't want to be associated with this stuff. I know most people use adblock but what about the few who don't? What if a family member searches for my art online and comes across it posted on what outwardly appears to be a PORN SITE. Nope. No thank you.

Wow, ich been there for 12 years annnnd...I can't say I've experienced much art theft; that's come from FA, and I don't get constant spam, but then again, I'm not that popular. I suppose it's the people that watch you.

Id on't like Weasyl cuz of the file size/plus having to upload so many things.

And yea, it is a moral thing; money is money, though. I use Adblock, and I've kept it on the whole time. FA has gone to shyte, but, there's not a lot that can be done other than vetoing, or telling IMVU to fuck off.

I have mine set to that my stuff cannot be viewed unless you're logged in, so, that solves the problem. It also prevents descriptions of you from displaying.

At any rate, yea, I partially wanna jump ship now.

I used it once when it first came out just to check it out, and I hated it. It's obnoxious looking. I'm gonna use the original as long as possible (I really hope they keep it around as an option). If I wanted to use weasyl I'd just go get a fucking weasyl account. I know change is inevitable but I'm hoping they will make a lot more changes before they finally pull the trigger for real.

Its just so poorly designed! It's almost like they looked at what other sites were doing and copied them without giving any fucks about whether or not it actually works as long as it looks nice. ugh.
