Terms of Service and FAQ
So, okay. Just a little recap here, in case you did not read my last journal.
An adoptable buyer violated my terms of service, and originally refused to take down their sale or change the price (which was 3x higher than what they purchased the design for). We finally came to an agreement and I purchased the design back for it's original price, but this has opened my eyes to a few things that need to change.
First and foremost, all adoptable sales and creation will be on pause until I figure out how I'm going to update my sale system/operation of creating these adoptables. I take them very seriously--I even offer to sell them for much less than it would require to cover the cost of creating them. I could make much more from these if I sold them differently, but I genuinely enjoy creating them and up until this point have wanted to keep them accessible for as many people as possible. Clearly however that is not working in my favor, These adoptables are very taxing on my hands and time consuming for me to create. It was time for a change anyway, it's just unfortunate that this has to be the circumstance that spurred it.
In the future, expect to see:
• Raised adoptable prices
• A change in style and creation
• New adoptable types and choices
• Potentially a change in ToS.
Not all of the changes will be negative! If you remember my adoptable shenanigans journal I'm still really excited about that and trying to implement it into an interesting adoptable type. If you are currently waiting on an adoptable and I have not gotten in contact with you please feel free to send me a note. I do intend to finish these unless you would like a refund, I just need some time to cool off.

I think it was inevitable that your prices would have to go up. Compared to other artists with your character design skill and quality of artwork, your costs were pretty low.
Here's hoping you'll have a more positive experience with the changes!
