I get seeing them on a porn site, its related but... On a website which claims it is open for all ages and as a place where people post art, its really inappropriate.

I allowed ads on FA simply due to the fact that so many artists post their ads. I am interested in seeing what other users/creators are offering. When it starts to become ads Like these Ad blocker turns back on

You can selectively block ads depending on source as well. FA's artist ads are in a different location than the crap you see. Right-click and look at the originating URL of the ad to see what I mean.

I can't see them but then I don't have NSFW enabled so maybe if it's only if you list wanting to see the adult art that the porn ads come up.

Which, isn't really a surprise because the ads really aren't target orientated right now but wait until they take over the site.

I do have DA, but I haven't updated it for quite sometime as many of my art is NSFW (so I can't post it there).
it also contains different artwork such as, anime, animals, fan art, dragons etc. I don't know if it interests you but I would love to ad you as a friend there :)

i stopped using it often because most friends tended to vanish from there. I really enjoy all kinds of artwork, I keep them separate because I understand when people on a Furry site are not interested in non-furry arts :3

I won't be vanishing from there as long as I draw my rather poor art to dump there and find inspiration to draw from.

I understand on the furry/non-furry separation issue. There is a bit of a movement to keep them separate, Fandom and all.

Usually ads are filtered by what you search the most often on the web, this makes things awkward for alot of people here...

I don't find it wrong to search for naked references I NEED THEM TO LEARN! But I have totally seen the odd one here and there. You are right, they don't belong anywhere... but it's at least acceptable on certain websites. Not here...
