Summer Commissions Open!!

Hey guys, it's been a while since I opened up commissions like this, rather than small batches via journal. I raised my prices a bit since my art has improved from last year and to help myself out since I was under-priced before cries.
I made a weebly with pictures to make this easier for you guys to see what I'm offering!

RULES: Please read these!!
1.) Payments by PayPal only, no need to cover paypal fees.
2.) Payments are made before I begin the commission.
3.) Please supply description or references for characters and try to be specific with what you want.
4.) You may ask for progression shots any time! But daily is probably not a good idea;;
5.) I hope to finish the commission within 2-4 weeks of payment sent, so to keep myself disciplined, if I go over a month time span, 6.) I will return $2 for each week I go over. I don't want to make people wait again.
7.) I have the right to refund a commission within 3 weeks of payment being sent (refunding after that will be on special cases).
8.) You have the right to ask for a refund as long as I am not past the lineart process.
9.) I have the right to refuse a commission.

Description: (tell me a bit about your OC and what you'd like for the commission. you can give me artistic freedom, but giving me ideas always helps so I can deliver something you'll like more!)

For right now I am only going to take 5 slots so I am not overwhelmed. These slots will open up as I finished the commissions.
I still have other owed work that I am working on and finishing too.
Also I will add a waitlist for anyone who wants to secure a slot as I finish commissions.

Description: Weir seems gentle and chill but he's very contrary to how he looks. He's internally frustrated and stressed out and tends to give up on tasks that aren't his passionate interest: ruin collecting. He's raised to be a mystic, a giver of life water. And as a water silk he does possess an aquatic form, but he actually hates swimming. He's very reserved and difficult to know and he's actually apathetic. Very indifferent to the pains of others. He doesn't really have people skills, but because of that he can come off as very straight-forward and bold to some. I guess because when he wants something he makes it known. But essentially he's supposed to look very chill on the outside but mostly because he doesn't have much social energy. He sleeps a lot in the day. Lots of naps.

Description: she is a mega tall deer child. she's really cute tho like its physically painful to be standing beside her bc she just looks down and how is someone that tall that endearingly cute (ok but actually she's a bit of a daydreamer, kind of easily gets caught up in her thoughts-- not unusual for her to be staring off into space with a pensive look or a smile. she's probably really fucking motherly too bc SHE TOWERS OVER PPL shes gonna be in my rpg plot and i still cant decide on a class for her arghhhHHHH)
