So London (Ontario) got hit by a pretty good Thunderstorm last night LOT of lightening which caused a bunch of power outages and blips (http://www.lfpress.com/2015/06/23/w.....through-region). When I came to work this morning, a number of stop-lights were just blinking red, and at the campus, several dozen systems had not come up right from power blips (not bad given there are over 1600 monitored systems). The poor guy on-call had been here since 3am. >_< So spent part of the morning working through some of those lingering issues and got a late start on the Paw-mail again.

Had a pretty good weekend. That kayak Demo Day thing at Byng Conservation park was a bit of a dude - despite them advertising it for two weeks, only 4 people came. I think the timing was bad myself - it turns out there was an annual fishing tournament for the county going on, and also "Day of 1000 canoes" was going on further up the Grand River, so... yeah, probably the worst day they could have picked for it. >_< Oh well - I got catch up with some friends, and still got to put my boat on the water and enjoy myself for a while.

Another upside was that I could go to my folks place (only about 36km from where I did the Demo Day) and stay the night, which meant getting to spend Father's Day with my Dad. It's the first time he's been back in Canada for it since retiring - and the first time as such I've been able to BE with him on Father's Day for 21 years! That was nice. :)

Why: THE DECOR! Okay, not just the decor, but you gotta love their choice of home decorations! I like this one because it's just SO paw-centric. While paw-jobs are not something I like, it's not the only paw-related thing going on. Artica herself is clearly enjoy a snout full of Trance's big, meaty sole, and THAT definitely appeals to me. The paws are all well drawn too - I mean check out the shape of Trance's toes on that paw that's touching the floor! Beautiful. Add in that awesome decor and this is a picture show cases paws in all ways for all tastes. :)

1st pic: A new version of the Adrea model by Restif - more detail, more realism, and of course - still has very beautiful feet. :3 Looking forward to seeing some good closeups of them.

2nd pic: Close-up! Wow, I think Restif's doing a great job with the new Adrea model! These are almost... ALMOST what I would consider "perfect" for human feet. You can check out my comment on that page to see specifically what my thoughts were on the model. :) Very lovely toe-taper, and a very nice ball pad on her foot.

So....... one of the drawbacks Taorena has is that a spike in emotions can cause him to just sorta... insta-macro. After playing out an urge to try some female clothing, he got just that sort of rush of emotion and POOF - giant male dressed in adorable female bling. XD So... bit of an awkward stroll through the city, but if you ask me, it doesn't look like those people in the park are all that bothered. In fact some of them look downright thrilled at getting such a nice view of that big meaty sole of his! (heck, I'd sure be glad to be in that park!)

Stumbled upon this picture which I like for a couple reasons (besides nice feet). First off, this is a great pose - I used to love even when I was a child when others did this sorta pose 'cause it would show off the soles so nicely! (And yes, I have liked feet and stared happily at them from the age of at least 4). Second, this is one of the rare pictures where the photographer actually focused ON the feet. Usually (and not surprisingly) the focus is on the face. This lady has very lovely looking soles, and the picture is available in pretty high resolution to really appreciate them.
