Hiding Non-User Ads (And How I Learned to Love the Petition)

This can help you out if you want to hide Google and NSFW ads but NOT the ads bought by FA users! Hopefully of which will be me (only when all of this blows over, of course)! Adblock is a thing I would really recommend regardless of FA's fucklebuster, it makes navigating YouTube a breeze.
I linked this instead of the original journal because there's one tiny detail changed that is what made it work, so these instructions may be more useful to other people who use Opera.
Secondly -
While I believe petitions that are not started or agreed upon beforehand BY the people who have caused an issue are harder to make effective, there IS a petition going around now to remove the adult ads from FA, which can't really hurt to sign! This can be found here: http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/.....move-adult-ads
Even though it asks for your email, I haven't gotten any spam besides a notification that I signed the petition. It may also ask for a donation, which is NOT required to sign the petition.

I figured out pretty quickly that the Firefox extension NoScript was killing the unwanted ads for me. I only allow scripts from Furaffinity.net so I'm only getting ads specific to the furry community. The methods shown in the link work for sure, but this is another useful method.
