I think there's kinda sorta an archive of his stuff as is on bloobunni.com (if google for it). Not sure if that would do most of the job or not. I think you and I got prolly about the same collection (1993 and up, right?)

Is this in addition to his "Sekrit" gallery, or the stuff that didn't make it in there? I know of a few minor omissions from that, but there's certainly other material some have never shared. I have no idea how much, as he was quite generous.

What would be nice is if people are willing to give context, background, or just share anecdotes about the pieces they received. Most of those images are presented as-is. Some came accompanied with USENET posts that could be matched up, but there's probably even more back-story than that.

I'll volunteer any and all time towards this if there's a way to do it!

Feel free to join me, Era and Felix in this effort. It is exactly what we're trying to achieve.
For works that Doug sent directly to people, I am sure they have a story to them too.

A thumb drive is a bit of a snailmail problem. It'll be easier if you just dump the filenames and send the list over.
I can run that against my filenames and we'll be able to figure out the differences. For more reliability, if you can provide the file size for each file, that would be an even better check.

Uhm...er...derp? >.> That'd take me a good long while. I DO know there are plenty I got from the sekrit site. But I also know there's a ton that weren't there. Hrmmm. Since i need to transfer those files ANYWAYS, cause I'm retiring that old beast of a computer, I will do that, then separate the ones I know for certain weren't on the site, like the huge Mall-Series of pictures.

If you manage to transfer the files off that Mac to a PC, then it's fairly easy to instruct a PC to list all files in one directory (or multiple ones).
No idea how to do that on MacOS but I'm sure it's possible.
