Been there, felt that. Took me 4 years to feel a bit better, but i still feel the after effects.

All I have to say is, just keep going. That is what I did, and it seems to have worked.

Don't know what you went through, but mercy let it be that it wasn't as bad as what I did.

Keeping going is pretty much what I can do and get my mate to understand things is a tough thing to do but thank you for all your words
