"... you really like hot animals, don't you?"
I retired my wacom tablet I've had for a number of years. It's way to expensive to upkeep, having to send it back and forth for replacement parts on an older model, etc. I was considering a "Monoprice Graphic Drawing Tablet" when funds allowed. It appears fairly inexpensive, but, I'm worried like most things you get what you pay for. I really don't need anything too fancy, just something to obviously draw on with a little pen pressure. Does anyone have any experience with these models or any advice on the matter? Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys. c:
Okay, there's like three things.
1. Try to google-hunt the drivers. UC-Logic and Huion are secretly the exact same thing, and you can probably find them through searching for those as well.
2. You can find a Intuos sized one for 50 dollars.
3. DO NOT at any point use it as a temporary table. The screen durability is much worse than Wacom's. Though unlike Wacom, that durability comes with the price. So after three replacements, you still haven't spend as much as you would with a medium-sized Intuos or Bamboo.
4. Defective copies aren't frequent but subtle in problems. Like mine right clicks if I don't slowly lift the pen away. However, they're very good on replacements.
