I have been baking for a long time and I am currently pursuing a career in baking/pastry work. I will be attending pastry school July 6th - Dec 16th in Chicago, IL so that's going to be a wild ride.

Feel free to tell me if you make any of the recipes I post I would love to hear about it! Also if you make any changes to make it vegan or gluten free or diabetic friendly I would LOVE to hear about that as well!
