Updates!!!

Machines
They are now repaired, although one needs a blade sharpened (serger) and the other is missing an important piece.
The piece is a small one that doesn't stop us from sewing, but can slow down our production until it comes in,
because without it, we need to be constantly adjusting the machine to ensure high quality sewing.
The official downtime for the machines was from Friday the 19th to Saturday the 27th.

AnthroCon
The three for AnthroCon will be updated shortly on the status of your commission.
The recent issues with our machines & a few delayed orders that are still not in our workshop may have affected this deadline.
Sparkle will be likely contacting you via skype.

Commissioners
As usual, thank you for your patience and support of our company!

We have to mention, however, that there are several people who have not made a payment yet this month.
Please keep up on your payments, as this helps us ensure we can order materials,
pay us 2 main people who work hard every day (Sparkle & Cirque), and help keep the company running smoothly.
If we are missing a payment or a few, it could lead anywhere from us not getting paid (and we need to buy food and pay bills to live),
to the company ordering last-minute materials (which puts things on hold for a bit) and can stress us out quite a bit in general.

If you owe us a payment, you know who you are, please send it in as soon as you can.
Remember, if you have troubles making a payment, it is better to let us know as soon as you can,
so we can make adjustments for that missing amount.
