I popped my wrist on Saturday while at work. It was loud, like a crunch..it was nasty XD
This then surfaced an issue I may have....carpal tunnel. I took the carpal tunnel test with my hands, it hurt. This prompts maybe a trip to the doctor, or just wearing braces and bandages.
I know at least one of you will have a joke up your sleeve XD you know who you are. Just do me one favor, make it good, you know I like to laugh.
