Is there a future journal going to be soon where I can see how much a tail would be to make? Well a possibility of two? Or Should I send a note with the details?

We'll open quote forms on Friday and you can put in all of your information there. Then if I chose your design I will give you a quote and you can accept or decline to go forward with the commission. A lot goes into our quotes, each tail quote often takes me 15-45 minutes depending on complexity, and quotes aren't good for future rounds so currently I only offer quotes through the forms.
