Commission List I really need a break. I did a lot this month (not that it shows probably, since there's a lot of comm stuff I can't post), and I had some pretty good momentum. However, exactly the issue I was worried I'd come across with my new comm payment policy actually happened, and hahah I'm pretty goddamn bummed about it. I haven't been able to focus on drawing out of concern that it'll happen again, so I think it'd be for the best if I just took an extended break from comms.
I might be doing some donation drives, YCHs or something in the future to continue making ends meet, but otherwise I'm probably just gonna focus on Patreon. I might have to change my policies yet again, or maybe I'll send quicker, messier WIPs from now on, I dunno. I'm pretty set on no longer taking payment upfront and I thought my system would help me avoid complications, but I suppose there's gonna have to be more to it. Whenever I open, I'm also very likely to raise my prices again by probably a lot. Everything's gonna go through a major overhaul.

I've only been doing this 'pay after the sketch' thing since March. Before now I'd been very strictly 'pay upfront', but sometimes I just can't draw and kept people waiting. So, I felt my current system would be more beneficial; you commissioned me after all those changes so yeah! They're fairly new.
