Reminds me of a rounder Mirth. Similar color, similar fashion sense, with upper lip tentacles instead of head tentacles.

At first look I swore he was a frog or something, but looking at him again he's a catfish. Which I think they usually eat their prey whole don't they? Not really a fish person but I swear that they do...
There is already quite a bit of vore art of him out there now, and I expect to see plenty more as time passes.
Of course, things like that don't work against someone like say, a certain immense, golden-scaled reptile you are familiar with who likes his prey live and squirming.
