Yeah there's a bunch of structural issues, but it's a condo so I don't have to pay. I do have to pay for the floor coverings which will be destroyed in the process, and that's a few grand on top of the 2 weeks of hotel living while they work. Not a happy camper lol

Amen to that! Ownership is still cheaper overall. My friends who are renting in my area don't have to fix anything, but they pay double the price and can't change anything.
