How often do you go out to eat?

For me once a month or 2 weeks~ I mostly cook!!

Then 2 - 3 times a week at least.
If not, and I actually have to go there and eat inside?
It'd be around once or twice a month... maybe. sometimes it's every other month.
Usually it's at this sushi restaurant.
I put a little wasabi & top it with pickled ginger and dunk them in soy sauce (or pour it on them if I don't have a the container to dip them in)
As for the trans fat thing, it due to my heath problems like a fatty liver, so I am careful of that. I now have to avoid roast beef, which I used to ejoy in the past.
Also certain fast food from certain resturant chains for me is bad if it is not cooked well (thus making me sick) or if it taste awful.
