I know always that I am an outsider; a stranger in this century and among those who are still men.
So, I should be at RMFC this year. But, this year is going to be a bit different. I'm not going to be onsite the entire time, because I can't really afford a room. I don't think I can even afford to roomshare. So, I'll just be driving up and back each day. Which should be a lot cheaper, maybe just one or two tanks of gas.
Still haven't found a job yet, which may mean I'm going to be in a lot of trouble after RMFC. But a lot can happen in a month, so we'll see.
Oh, and I picked up some new editing software, and it seems to work for files taken from both my camcorder and from Shadowplay, so I could get my channel off the ground now if I could just find the motivation.

Not sure if youd be interested Eric, but the hotel where I work is looking for ppl especially in the food/beverage department, so if thats something you wouldnt mind working, apply online, we might have some other openings too. Itd be a decent choice even if temporary or just for the summer, best luck hunting for a job :)

I'll keep it in mind. I've put in some applications at a couple of places, and there are a few more places I need to follow up on, but the more options I have, the better.
