Lower than normal but it does depend on the implant. Some implants slow the ovarian cycle down to lower the chances of getting pregnant, others help make something almost like a spermicide that will kill off the sperm rather quickly [before fertilization can happen] You cant get an exact number because of variables such as how often you have sex and how the implant works and what other protections you may use. Just know that chances are low, but not 0.

The implant has been 100% successful with my ex partners. But there sperm count was normal. Its a really odd difficult question to answer but I want to be 100% safe when it comes to the time. Thank you for your help :)

As far as I'm aware the implant is very effective, all my friends who have it had never gotten pregnant on it, even my most promiscuous friends XD

I'm constantly paranoid about pregnancy :P

I havent gotten pregnant with it either and I been with a couple guys with alot of interaction. (Soz to put it bluntly xD) but that was with guys will all normal sperm counts.
My partners a much higher count and just more worried about it. Well hes more worried than I am, im trying to find answers to reassure him. :)
