wish i had great news to share with you all... oh well here comes the life update.
Some of you are aware i was involved in a pretty serious car crash recently as a result I'm out of a vehicle, At first I wasn't to worried the crash itself was pretty stressful because the Bitch (and thats what she is so thats what im calling her) jump out of her car screaming at me blaming me and being a general cunt even though she just slammed into me and wrecked my car threatening me telling me things like "don't go no where Po Po on day way" and "your ass better have insurance" she called the cops and they came..... naturally not only did she lie about what happened but low and behold a bunch of other ghetto ass people show'd up who had "seen everything" and lied for her as well the only time she stopped insulting me was to organize her story with her "witnesses"
Cops came and ruled that due to the physical evidence she was at fault, big fucking surprise, and that the insurgence would handle it from here......Fast Forward to today
turns out after doing everything people are expected to after a crash I come to find out, She hasn't had insurance for months not only that but her insurance claim rep basically laughed at me when i brought up my claim number, OH AND GET THIS the number she gave the police the one filed on the report isn't even an active number!
now my only option is to file a lawsuit which i know is a huge waste of time because if the bitch couldn't afford insurance no way she can afford the 15k minimum charge for what she did and you can't squeeze blood from a turnip so even though its going to be a waste of my time im going to file a suit if nothing more than for the principle.
Im in a bad spot here guys any moral support is welcome and valued
