A decent overview perspective on furries. Of course there's a lot more to it... roleplaying... the whole fantasy/escapism thing... Also, fetishism is not necessarily sexual.

Generally speaking, fetishism refers to the spiritual or emotional attachment to a particular object or objects. While fetishism often involves sexuality, it's not always the case.
