Hmm... I personally haven't been having that vivid of dreams lately, but then again, I've had trouble remembering my dreams for several years, anyway...

I have lucid dreams more often than not...I'd guess around 80-90% of the time .3.

Now that you mention it, I have been having some unusually intense and lucid dreams of late. In my case, I attributed it to stress, anxiety, and a mentionable overactive imagination. It has cost me quite a bit of sleep, and has had some effect on my moon in the morning and evening time. Why, other than also having vivid or lucid dreams, do you mention this?
