Have you check its Help file? Most programs tend to have a tutorial within. There's definitely a lot of them on youtube. SAme for Manga Studio.

That and I understand better when I *see* the tools in action, not just reading what they do in the help file. That and there tends to not be "Here's techniques and good brushes to use!" in help files on art programs

Yes, that's true. I do have to agree that people should have gotten smarter and learned that video tutorials are more impactive and beneficial.
