I would suggest the microsoft surface as a tablet to invest in. It comes wint windows and it does have the ability of using a tablet pen with it. The downside is that you'll have to pay extra for accessories which can be pricey. Samsung tablets are a good one too. I would recommend samaung galaxy Tab Pro since it comes with a pen already an dyou can download apps from the play store that might have a program for you to draw in. Apple products are good too but way to pricey and i wouldn't recommend those for your drawings.

The very best drawing tablet i would recommend is the Cintinq from Wacom. Those are the best tablets but cost a fortune to get and i wouldn't recommend it if you can't afford the price.
