Don't be nervous! It was nearly as bad as I prepared myself for. Hell, I'm dying to get more. In fact, I'm pretty sure that I'll get another this summer to add on to my current one.

Where are you planning on getting it?

Calf probably, or mid-thighish. What do you think would be less painful? :P

Hmm, you know most people say that the more fat there is on the area, the less painful, but it was the exact opposite for me.

I got mine, http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v.....0727082153.jpg (this is about a year old, so I'm sure it looks a little different now), sort of around the middle of my back, and the farther it got towards my love handles, the WORSE it was. I almost cried at that point, but I don't know if it was just the specific area or not.

For you... I would think that the thigh would be less painful. I've heard tattooing on muscle doesn't feel too great. BUT, you can easily take the pain. You should go with whatever you think would be more visually appealing. The pain is only temporary. :>
