Had this pop into my head. Not sure if it'd work better as a commission or a story or both, but: a game show with incredible prizes, where the winner of each round is the one who doesn't cum.
Rounds could be varied - toys, vibrators, etc - but the basic idea this put in my head is a fur tied to a chair or frame, cameras rolling, host standing by, while their opponent goes to town on them - no-holds-barred going-down on them, fingers, everything.
All of it live on national television, and they know the loser is going to cum their brains out for the enjoyment of millions.

You could also play it vaguely similar to Who Wants to be a Millionaire's fastest finger. I'm imagining a fur tied down to a gyroscope-ish wheel (so that they could spin a la the Wheel of Fortune wheel, but be flipped prone/supine as necessary), with maybe 6-8 contestants around the wheel. You'd spin him to start the game, and whatever contestant he lands at gets X amount of time to try to get him to cum through any means necessary. If he makes it, he moves on, the contestant working on him is eliminated, but if he cums, he loses and the contestant who made him cum takes his place.
Something like that o: Just would have to figure out what sort of prizes etc they'd be going for, and what you'd do with the eliminated contestants.
