Back at home!

So so so so so so glad to be back at home. I feel like I just got home from a frustrating business trip where I didn't even make any money or do any work. just exhausting weather, frustrations and I had anxiety attacks galore throughout. which I'm buckling down and going back to the free clinic to get REALLY finally figured out. because this is getting crippling.
Again. I was hoping maybe this trip was going to give me some time to really relax after working nonstop for a while but I just almost feel more tired. so WEH!!! >:C
anyhow. got a lot to work on. a loooot. so bear with me!

Cant win them all, noch it down to the bumpy road to success.
Want to say ppl are really buzzing about your Bearded vulture mask >...< showed them it and my plans for it and all agree its an awesome blank, perhaps getting it made will also bring more to your door asking for a base of their own XD
Too bad, I'm doing it anyway.
• Organizing. Separating my work space from my living space helps me by allowing me to physically separate myself from my work. Also, knowing where everything is makes things way easier.
• Decorating. I like to surround myself with mementos of things that make me feel accomplished. Also, things that inspire me personally. Like things that are symbolic to me.
• Stretching. Yoga is seriously awesome. Maybe it's a cat thing, but stretching is absolutely THE BOMB. Nice long stretches... yeah...
• Lighting. Bright lights and white walls get me on edge, so I go for cool colors and dimmer switches so I can make a room as vibrant or as mellow as I want. Depends what mood I'm in.
I also like to take some time on occasion for reflection. For me, that's a glass of wine in the cool night air, staring at the stars and just talking to myself like a dramatic weirdo. No seriously, that's just me. YOU can do whatever you want. The important thing is just to gather your thoughts and breathe for a while. I do it to commemorate an accomplishment or celebrate something. When there hasn't been a big event to reflect on, I just like to enjoy the little things, a complex tea with subtle flavors or a vase of flowers perhaps? Even my favorite candy, Atomic Fireballs.
Anyways, that's just what works for me. I hope you find what works for you. Anxiety sucks. (Anything that keeps me from sleeping actually. Hahah!)
