I love you more then you know
i cant find any way for me to show
i cant find the right words to say
but it’s hard to keep the feelings at bay.
we are friends thats what you see
no matter what thats what we will always be
i dont want to harm our friendship
but the more we talk the more i feel my heart rip.
i keep thinking if i just find the right words
then maybe my feelings can be heard
but i’m so scared of losing you
that i keep my heart still of speaking true.
i cry when i think what cant be
and i think to myself lord what is wrong with me
why cant i see you as a friend and friend alone
why must it hurt like getting hit with a stone
i dont think i will ever learn why
so for now i know i have to try
to make you happy and smile from ear to ear
and hope that you will never see my heart broken tear.
