PSA: MYO Bases and how to use them

I've gotten a few questions about whether I have the .psd or the .sai file for the lines. Unfortunately I do not. I had figured most folks know how to make them transparent, but i've gotten at least 3 questions so far. I will give you guys a tip on making lines transparent in .sai:
If you have the lines open in .sai and you do this option: http://prntscr.com/7tt6ly
it will allow you to work with them as normal.
Not sure what you do in Photoshop, but I found a youtube video that explains it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KE9V3-K8SwI
sort of complicated, so if there's an easier way and you feel like typing it out here, please do! Otherwise, i'd use SAI to do it :x

Works in both programs for black and white images.
