Ever been browsing eBay and spotted something you really like?
Well, on March 19th, since I had a little money for my birthday, I figured I'd treat myself to another piece of computer kit to go with my new rig.
Nice machine as it is, a 1280X1024 LCD is rather, normal, so I went looking up market.
I found a 2048X1536@80hz monitor, true its CRT but at that res I really wouldnt care. Anyway,you dont really need to antialise on a CRT ;)

Well, I went ahead and bought it on the 19th.
Delivery note said 6-8 working days.
Here I am 14 working days later, and the soddin' seller hasnt even replied to my mails asking if he's sent the damn thing or not.
Considering the size of it, it has a 22" screen, combined with the price for postage, I'd have expected it to be sent by courier. It doesnt take 14 working days for a bloody courier to run something from one end of the country to the other! >_<
Even Royal Mail isnt this bad...
If I havent at least heard from him by Monday when I get home, he can kiss his precious 100% feedback goodbye.

The guy has nearly 600 feedback, and has maintained a 100%, so...

Seems he's been ill and it'll be sent my DHL on Monday, so it should be here sometime on Tuesday.
Cant really say I blame him. I mean, a 22" CRT monitor... and a Dell at that [ick] must weigh a smeggin' tonne.
