So, capital control is supposed to be here, but online transactions are again allowed. However, paypal has removed my cards for some reason and doesn't allow me to verify new ones. yay.

I don't know why everyone seems to be having such problems with paypal. I mean, I've had paypal since I was 17, and I've had a paypal credit card, and my bank account linked to it for this entire time too. I've made online purchases and such with paypal as well, received more than $4000 through it even.
