A REAL JOB!! I R NOW A GAME DEVELOPER! :D

I got hired as a 3d Texture and Concept Artist as well as possible Composer for a Game Company here in Scottsdale Az!

I am REALLY Excited about it!! I start next week so I am going to be taking some time away from FA x.x

I will be finishing the two heads I am currently making and the one Plush Bone tail to auction. and I will still be open for colored Sketch commissions and for Furvilla Base Coloring commissions as I can do those easily on the weekends or evenings after work :} :D

Oh man thats weird to say. Its been SO LONG since I've had a 'REAL JOB' and now this is one where i can finally say that I am a Game Developer! :D WOOT WOOT!

Well.. I'm a little late. x.x I should of applied to join a company ten years ago, after i left art college. x.x but honestly, I'm glad that things just kind of fell into place. :D I took a chance and bam :D

I'm in community college, going into art college next year (hopefully) and I'm just freaking out that I'll go through all of this schooling and then not even be able to get a job in my field xp so like... any advice is greatly appreciated.

I couldn't find anything available right after college x.x so really the only advice i have is believe that you can do it. XD cause i dont even have much training in the program he wants us to use for the project, x,x so im starting from the beginning.

well its good to learn the basics for sure. XD I had actually switched my major 3 times, but was told that BY THE COLLEGE (Art Institute) that it would be better to just take all that i learned and make a really good portfolio because thats all companies care about anyway :| so.. yeah... getting the basics is great, but no one really cares. as long as you have potential, a general overview of use of colors and proportions and a great portfolio then you should be fine.
