eh, worst I recall were some characters getting eaten off-screen or see it happen in the shadows

lots of the stuff was implied though, with kays in tanks and jets possibly while they blew up, allot.

characters getting blown up inside vehicles for some reason isn't so bad since you don't see their bodies, so pilots are somewhat dehumanized since all you see on-screen is an exploding vehicle.
