Anyone Here on ADHD medication?

Finding info is a nightmare, as is finding anywhere credible to go for a screening.
Would anyone mind telling me what you're taking, how much you're paying, and if your insurance covers any of it? And if so, who you have insurance through? Some of this is p personal, so you can note me if you want. I just don't have any idea what to do or expect if I can actually get a diagnosis.
UPDATE: I just discovered that my university offers psychological assessments as well as ADHD screening, referrals, AND prescriptions. The prices for appointments appear to be about the same as the co-pay for my current insurance (although all of the mental health places I've checked and the one adult ADHD specialist I was referred to were out of network), so that's a life saver. I'm starting classes again this fall, too, which means I'll be able to take advantage of this.
I'm nervous as hell but I've more or less come to the painful realization that nearly everything I hate about myself is a symptom of ADHD, and it's become so overwhelming that I can no longer work efficiently as I am.

if you go through your university just try to get in as quickly as possible. If it's anything like my university's clinic, availability goes fast @_@ best of luck to you on finding what works for you

I'm on adderall. Pretty good and it's covered by my insurance. Just check with your doctor to make sure first you can take the medicine.
