Unusual drunk driving crash in Lawrence Kansas

At least its a suspected drunk driving crash. I have driven past that railroad bridge many times. It was recently rebuilt with taller guardrails but somehow did no stop this truck from wedging itself right where it seemed impossible for a truck to be.

Suspected? I have to say that this was a drunk driver. Not to mention, drunk drivers tend to do things that sane and sober people would rarely be able to do
