Wanted to get that other journal off the front page and this has been doing the rounds, so what the hell.
You remember watching:

We had silver dollars (still do, technically) but they weren't made of silver after the sixties and were rarely in circulation by our time--mainly only in sets from the Mint. We mainly used paper dollars before the loonie came along (and our pockets started sagging more than ever).
