This year's Connect-con was amazing experience. I feel like I'm walking on cloud 9 for a good while. I want to thank my friends for letting me room with them for the weekend. It was wonderful and fun experience as well as convenient. In pass cons I had to pick a hotel that was far from the con but this year. Everything was in one place, it was great. Now, the con experience .....This was my first year of Cosplay. I have been very nervous for several years being I would worry about my weight as well as hearing horror stories regarding discrimination between skin tones, which limits what characters you can play. However, I found the courage to not loose my way and well.....IT WAS INCREDIBLE AWESOME!!!! The community received me very well. I got tons of positive compliments, pictures, even got a chance to be in the town newspaper and got to be a kill la kill photoshoot. It was a blast and I learned a lot from my fellow cosplayers. This might be a huge future for me in Cosplay. ^^ This year had tons of panels which kept me running around. From Madoka Magica Musica, Monster girls quest: The Lecture, Team Four Star, to Connecti-con's Annual Death Match, and Cosplay Dating game. I was able to get somethings for my swag bag. (A gift from my mother.) I would have to say I made a few new associate which I hope that will grow into a beautiful friendship. One of them is an artist  syo-senpai she seems to be a real kind person and could share my love for the anime style and was also starting out with a booth which I'm planning to do in the near future. She has some interesting stuff and wish you guys go and check her out. ^^ I had a blast of a time and maybe you guys will get a little surprise in a few days. *winks* but in the meantime, I'm heading out.
