Updates n' Gaming

As you might guess, I'm -horrible- at keeping journals and the like. So if you're looking for updates on the rat, they tend to be few and far between, unless I'm bounding giddy to the keyboard to belch out some pearl of wisdom.
That said, on with the show.
Firstly, arts, yeah, more still coming, and I've been hunting for a few slots again, but finances and job kept me from getting opportune slots. Life happens, and gotta take care of myself first, but that said, I am looking for some new pieces for myself and with a few friends. Though the big thing is I'm feeling nostalgic, eager to get art done on some storied characters I made years ago from EQ2. Yes, getting that bug again, but more on that later. Now while a few fun ones to show off my gaming hobbies are fun, these are ones where it was more than a game, but a cherished story, and they deserve to be seen. So yeah, sorry folks, smut might be on the back burner for a bit, but there's still some in the works. (Well there went half my viewers)
So that aside, how's gaming going? Well as I mentioned earlier, I got the gaming bug. I have been, and perhaps will always be, an avid EverQuest 2 player. Nearly 11 years running with my ragtag gang of misfits and outcasts of Qeynos, The Vagabond Knights, its been a truly storied journey with them, and perhaps the one thing that keeps drawing me back, regardless how lame the game play is, or how repetitive the dungeons are, it is the RP community and the stories that keep dragging me back. This is not mere Tavern RP that keeps plaguing games with RP communities (got a huge beef with that), but actual -stories-, good vs. evil; development of character through tragedy, comedy, and suspense; triumph and loss through years of hardships and trials; and the heart strings tugged over the years as the characters make their place in this world. Everquest 2 made this strongly possible with the factional war, and yet allowing both to interact (at least on PVE servers), even now as the hay day of EQ2 has passed, the stories still live on, and often draw in more every day. So yes, the art will majority be on the faces I have written, a good fantasy artist and the like would be in my interest.
As for the rest of the gaming, whatever grabs my interest.
Zhaliz and I have been just bouncing from game to game that catches our interest. From Dying Light, Killing Floor 2, and whatever game we can get our hands on, though occasionally running off to my Fighting Games and Witcher III. Just wish I was into RTS as much as some of my other friends, keep trying and keep losing all interest shortly after.
PS. I was going to consider a Ask Me Anything a few times after some suggestions from friends, but instead I opted just for an Ask.Me account to make it easier. Figured it was better than spamming a journal.
