he's a sall developer that made a game series that is working, with graet lore that has fans always rage-debating them, discussing in depth, etc. he did great honestly--much better than half the mainstream series around for sure too.

i say let him milk his success while he can--he has made a few games that were REALLY bad too from what even he has admitted in past interviews.

Most people hating on successful things don't even try to realize how much effort is put into them, and the background of the people involved. It's like, even milking it out would require a lot of efforts considering he's doing it all himself!

That post is amazing pep talk for future game devs (and other similar businesses) too <3

I may not play his games, but I know for a fact that he is a very respectable man who tends to his fans wants, needs, and desires.

My -only- criticism is that I think he released 4 too early. It's scary as hell though, and I can't watch it at night, and can't play it at all X3 it does it's job, haha. Scaring the piss out of people.

Wow, he finally actually said something publicly :O That's awesome. And it's very inspirational! People sometimes forget that the people behind those games are, well, people as well. Scott said what had to be said, and did it perfectly!

at first when the first FNAF came out i thought i was just some simple jump scare game. and man that scared the shit out of me at night XD once i finished the game and listen to the caller i didnt realize that there was a story to it and it blew my mind big time, when the second one was out i was more eager in knowing about the story and maybe knowing more details about "the Bite of 87" Scott made an incredible series with the game and i loved it all. i love how in the end FNAF4 is my most favorite it one cause this goes deeper into the story and i FUCKING LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVED IT. i cried at first but god i cant wait for the DLC when i come back from boot camp hehe.

Scott Cawthon will always be the best in my list.

You're right about him not milking fnaf, he sounds like a great guy, he donated to charity with his money, and he made one of the most interesting lores around the game.
