Windows x compatibility question

I'm thinking of upgrading to windows x but I hear it's not working with Sai. Can any of you lovely furry peeps confirm or deny this?
Sai is not registering my pen and the app only runs in xp SP2/SP3 mode
clip studio paint works fine
so 2/3
Even though I have other programs, I still use SAI for my drawing and inking because it fits the best with how I draw and sketch.
