Just a suggestion... You should to make your xxx works both for FA and patreon, like 50-50 (for example, keeping just your best works in patreon), then everybody will be happy

People cry when they don't get to see everything for free, but if you publically post some patreon stuff a month later(lower res or otherwise), people wouldn't whine as much. But there will always be people who want everything free right when it drops.

That's why i tried. But i do a lot of stuff during the month, and it's tired to upload it at the same time at the end of it. (Even if they are just lower quality/watermarked versions).

If you're already doing that, then you can't make those people happy. They want everything free as soon as possible. The best way to prevent leaks is to send out monthly rewards through pms so people can't just grab and dash.

It's not really greedy to ask to be paid, society horribly undervalues art. The actual greedy people are the ones demanding you give them everything for free. It's ridiculous. If I really like fast food I don't expect mcdonalds s to give me half of the burgers they make for free.

Have I really insinuated that I think you deserve to go into debt? I simply asked that you not censor everything you do and figure out a system that works for everyone.

If I seemed to be bitter and cynical towards you wanting to make money, I truly apologize for that and I mean it.

But, and you must understand where I'm coming from or at least try to consider this train of thought, paywalling everything benefits absolutely no one.

I have never said you should not make money or don't deserve to earn money for your work, and I will never say that. What I am against completely, is censorship when it is unnecessary to any degree. Could your adult works be posted to where they can be? Yes, they can. Can a system be reached where everyone is happy, where you make money, where your patrons support you, and where those who want to can eventually be incited to do so? I believe that to be the case as well.

I believe that we can all agree, seeing censorship is a terrible thing, it offers nothing to anyone, does nothing for anyone, and only seeks to provoke or otherwise cause bitterness.

If I have come across as stating that you deserve to make no money, then that is not what I intended and I apologize again for that.

Also in regards to wanting things NOW. I don't know if others have stated that, but I have never once been against patience. I am fine with waiting, and absolutely alright with taking the time to release something to the public.

A system where you release your works at the absolute end of the month, after the patreons get to see it first, would benefit everyone. And it'd give you a form of control over when that work is released and when it should be made.

Alternatively, do a five day release schedule, or in a process where you count it down. Whatever you feel like, whatever you want, as long as the world gets to see your brilliance, I and many others will be happy to see it.

And like I said, when I finally do get around the crippling student budget which amounts to nothing, I'll gladly be a patron and support you. I'll say it again, you're worth it because you're unique, and I'd sooner support you than anyone else once I can actually pay for things beyond student loans.

What I did was post everything everywhere but I gave Patreon a slight headstart for my uploads and I let people have inputs/vote on things.

Didn't stop people from leaving when I fell on really hard times or people subbing to pirate already-free work and getting my hopes up only for all of my new patrons to be fakes. ;3;

It makes you question how much people really respect artists versus how much they just want smut and if they care who they're hurting in the process.

There's always friends, true followers and fellow artist who cares about you and what you do after all, and They are fortunately more numerous than lame people.
