Have you ever thought about looking into chiropractic care? I used to think all of my own aches in my joints were something like that as well, but when I started seeing my local chiropractor, I started feeling a lot better. You'd be surprised how many symptoms are caused from a bad back.

Just thought I'd let you know since it's helped me quite a bit lately. :)

oh fun sounds like exactly what I'm going through.. O.o' all I can say is rest don't do much and it helps a little.. but I know once I start drawing/doing things my right arm goes back into flare ups and pain and no doctor can explain it yet I'm fine to them.. *grumbles*

This week, I was speaking with a colleague who came back from a long medical leave. Turns out she was suffering from celiac disease which was triggered from gluten in her diet. Before being diagnosed correctly with celiac disease, the doctor said she had arthritis. After months of gluten free dieting, she got way better and she's now back to work.

I'm not saying gluten is your problem, I'm no doctor after all. I just think that inflammatory problems may have several causes. The immune system is your greatest ally, but it can also destroy you slowly if it goes crazy.
