Having Foot Surgery...

Until such a time as the world ends, we will act as though it intends to spin on. I get to have surgery on my left foot some time next month. Yaaaaaay...
Apparently, at some point in my life, a good sized chunk of one of the bones in the outside of my ankle broke off and the tendons aren't attached where they're supposed to be.
So, surgery.
And until then, if I'm not in bed or taking a bath, I am to wear my air cast.
But it's good! Because I've probably needed this done for ten or more years, according to the doctor.
