some people doesn't know what or how to use the blurring tool!!!
mainly for things like furvilla bases!! which is highly needed!!!!
ok so here is when you need to blur :
-the surroundings of each markings
-if 2 colored are joined together (like if the ear is joined to the head, the empty-parts that doesn't have hair or something... so basically where there is no "line-art" thing )
and that is pretty much it...
if there are 2 parts that looks like they're "joined together" but are seperate, no use blurr!!!, it's mainly for the fur or the other things like "logo's" and stuff that is "stuck together"
