Well I'm 95% sure its a sinus infection that I'm dealing with. Everywhere was closed sunday and mon/Tues i literally couldn't move from the couch I was sleeping on more than a few minutes.
Wed, I finally made it to the doc and he wasn't totslly sure if it was a sinus infection or a tooth abscess (which is frustrating because i called my dentist first to ask if i should go to them or a normal doctor and they said doc). I explained the various symptoms of pain i have and apparently I had a 103 fever. He set me up with a huge dose of antibiotics and said just keep uding the Tylenol for pain and check in tomorrow with him.
Later that night the pain was rather unbearable and Tylenol was doing nothing, called him first thing and my temp did go down to 102.3 but he gave me a prescription pain med and i could finally sleep some more after that kicked in. I slept past an alarm at 1 am though and got up at 3 to my pain med being worn off and was just moaning about the pain to my bf for a few hours till he had to sleep and it kicked back in later. However I've also found it very hard to eat with all of this and I keep getting really bad neasea around pill time thanks to that.
Today im going to an oral surgeon for a consult about my wisdom teeth because my bottom right one has decided to join the pain train in my face atm. Will get to be horrified of that pricetag but also make sure its not an abscess so thats good.oh but my temp went down to 99.3 so thats good
So thats been my last few days here, laying on the couch feeling like death. I've had a fever, inner ear pain similar to swimmers ear just not as intense, severe upper tooth pain. Lower jaw pain im assuming thanks to wisdom tooth, sore throat off and on, congested, horrible headaches, horrible sinus pressure that feels like ive been punched in the face, nausea, weakness, lack of appetite, dhiarhea, and god forbid i sneeze because ow. Oh and aside from the headaches its all just been the right side of my face :|
I can't imagine if i were back in the day when there wasn't much docs could do because even with these pain meds I hate everything atm. Later if i feel good enough to at least stay upright im gonna make a ton of digi padding for commissions because i don't know what else to do like this till it goes away.

I had two abscesses in my mouth not long ago, required two root canals and crowns to fix.
I really hope it isn't that for you, I really do.
