Pen Pressure Help?

~*♥*❤*♥~So... I actually found my Tablet Settings. It's still installed luckily. Which would explain why it wouldn't install lastnight. XP
However the Pen settings doesn't help with the Pressure issue I am going through. :/

I done everything. But it doesn't do nothing. My pen pressure is still bulky. Not thin or smooth at all...
Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I would REALLY like to get back to drawing asap ;3;
Tablet I own is a VisTablet PenPad.
