So, we are back from Pensacola.
It was a nice funeral. There were a lot of family and friends there. Lots os tears were shed of course, but there were laughs as well, remembering good times.
I always like visiting P'cola, but of course it was nice to get home, though I get the feeling that my fish didn't miss me, even if I missed him.
My GoFundMe is still live.
I am so happy that I have gotten $220 so far.
Just to let you guys know again why I am asking for $2700:
$2000 for the funeral
$400 for 4 new tires and an alignment
$300 for a new car windshield.
The funeral has been paid for, which severely depleted our savings.
The tires are the most desperate right now. The front passenger is about to start running on wires and the two back tires are wearing oddly because I am badly out of alignment, causing odd sounds.
We were scared to drive the 550 miles from P'cola to SC but we had no choice, and now we have to get those changes ASAP before something really bad happens.
The windshield crack is bad and on the passenger side but it isn't in the way of my driving as of now, so it is secondary to the tires.
Needless to say, the tired REALLY worry me, we NEED to get those done THIS WEEK if we can afford it.
I want to sincerely thank every single person who donated to me. I don't care if it is $5 or $100 or more, no matter what it is, it is going to be used to get the car fixed and recoup the costs from the funeral.
Even if you can't help monetarily, you can help by getting the word out on FA, Twitter, Facebook, Etc.
Thank you all, so co much for your help during these dark times.
