Since November I ordered a commission, 2 months ago i requested a refund. Now said artist deactivated her account.. seriously? Didnt realize a fuckin Chibi would be so difficult to refund. Shouldn't be spending so much money THAT YOU DONT FUCKIN HAVE. Seriously this is bullshit. Utter bullshit -.- then the fuckin excuses that you cant art.. holy shit.
