I've seen this a while ago. Quite a cute anime this turned out to be. BTW, Dr. Wily's Japanese voice actor here also did King Dedede in the Kirby anime. I kept on expecting Wily to go -zoi a lot. XD

I saw that at the public library, in english. :3 It was Megaman, and taught about Japanese culture! :D

Because that is meant to be the real "Rock". Even in Japnese dubs says "Mega" instead of "Rock" as aculturation, and this was made to kick "the musclebound Mega" on his ass Bp
