there really isn't a such thing as good or bad art. as even the best artist you can think of is in a constant state of improving. so long as you are satisfied with your improvement you are doing well. if you want i can give you some sources :3 i don't get much feed back either. and its usually from the same few :O lots of feedback seems to be something a few lucky get.

your not great yet but you have the makeings your work has heart and your unafaid of makeing mistakes keep doing art with those things in mind and in a few years you willl be a great artist you have a good grasp on color and figure to if you want my opinionyou should try the hundred face challenge redraw the same picture with difresnt expressions 100 times no short cuts i do it once a year and have for the past 6 years every time i learn some thing new about my style i first did this when my mentor kathryn graham wilson told me "dont worry your first hundred are shit just get it over with and then the art can start " it sounds daunting but if you doo like ten a day you can easly get it done in a month my reccord is three days
